Alex restored my Faith in honest business practices. My husband and I are Seniors and were taken advantage of by precious HVAC Companies. Over these past years we’ve experienced issues with our coolant leaking and no one cared enough to investigate the issue and just fluffed over it. But of course charged us. I researched Alex who is Liscenced by Westchester County and his reviews were stellar. Alex diagnosed the issue and unfortunately we had to replace our air conditioning Coil System with a Trane Unit. Alex was fair to Us with Price, Installation and Professional throughout the process. I purchased the Yearly service contract which was very reasonably priced also. Very impressed by their speedy response when I discovered a flood under my air handler. They communicated well with me and fixed my problem efficiently. I am very happy I found them and will be using them for my regular HVAC maintenance from now on.

Wonderful company- water heater broke Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving-While nothing can be done on Thanksgiving by 8 am Friday Alex was at my house removing the damaged heater going to the vendor to get a new heater and had the item installed by 12- Very fairly priced and the technician couldn’t be nicer and more helpful explaining exactly what he was doing-would use this company again in a heartbeat

This business recently installed a new furnace for me, after the old one stopped working after 30 years. I found them here. Because this is a small business, without a central office, they have no overhead, so they can work for less. They were the lowest bidder. They can also do faster scheduling. Alex, the owner of the business, is a good communicator and provided a clear and simple quote and answered all my emails similarly. I trusted his knowledge and advice as to which furnace to choose. He is up to date with apps and uses them to run his business smoothly and efficiently. I did not want to be in a situation where the new furnace failed in the middle of winter and the people who installed it were out of business, so I was encouraged by the fact they have 4 years of good reviews. I cannot judge the quality of the workmanship, but I can say I now have a brand new, shiny furnace and I am nice and warm and comfortable also with a 1 year warranty on labor and 20 years from the manufacturer. I did have reservations about paying the deposit in advance to someone I did not know and because the name of the business is a bit confusing. The business name and the email address to send a Zelle payment to are different. I did a search at the county website for the license number as listed on their website, and found the business listed as a licensed contractor. He only takes credit cards for repair work, but will accept for installations if you pay the fee, which is fair enough. He also accepts checks. It turned out that I did not need to worry at all. An excellent experience and I am totally satisfied with Alex at Smart Air Technologies

Alex was very quick to respond to my request. Once the initial consultation was performed, he offered me reasonable and necessary offers for maintenance needed on my HVAC system. (this was not a pushy Up sell at all). He is extremely knowledgable in all HVAC systems. The estimate was received in a timely manner and I scheduled the appoint for my HVAC within a week. His team was professional, courtesy and efficient in getting the job done. I would highly recommend Smart Air Technologies and Alex and his team if you want a no hassle experience for your home.
